Monthly Support Plans

We also offer a pay-monthly support plan which, for a fixed fee per computer per month, covers you for assistance with any IT issues or questions via personal visit, telephone call or remote assistance.

This can be anything from dealing with a serious malware infection, right down to being reminded how to underline something in Word! Should any parts/purchases be required to fix your problem, these will be supplied at cost.

Secondhand machines

We usually have a small selection of used laptops and desktops, which have been cleaned and refurbished, and forensically wiped of previous data or new hard disk drives fitted. These are usually installed with Linux operating systems, which are free, run very well on older machines, have direct equivalents for most Windows-based software and are substantially safer to use than Windows computers. However, we will install Windows 10 on request, upon purchase of a suitable licence and subject to our assessment of whether the machine in question will run Windows successfully.
